I just wanted to let you know that Erick was an absolute rockstar at my clients’ closing. It went on for about 5 hours…. Yes, 5 hours! At the walkthrough we discovered that the smart oven panel was not working. The seller and buyers could not come to an agreement on a time frame that the seller would have after closing to get it repaired. Erick remained calm, cool, and collected which is exactly what it took to make this deal happen. The buyers were extremely close to walking away from the deal.
I truly believe because of Erick the deal closed. I am extremely grateful for his expertise. As you know I have been working with these buyers for a few years. During this particular transaction the buyers had many highs and lows of emotions. Thank you to your team for making this one happen. Absolutely fantastic job! John Bush and the team represented myself and my wife for the recent sale of my old home and the purchase of our new one. I’ve bought and sold 3 homes in the past and hardly even noticed that my previous lawyers were there. This purchase went smoothly but the sale of the old home had more challenges dealing with the representatives of the buyers. Despite the difficulties brought to the table by the representatives of the buyers, John and his team worked through the issues in order to achieve our ultimate goal – the sale of our home.
